The device has screw terminals that hold on tight to the wire, much better than these 'clip ons' that fall off every time you look at them.Also, the LED controller works great with Zigbee, no issues connecting or sending commands.It also controls LEDs as it should.The only reason I am giving only 4/5 stars is, that the device doesn't instantly change color, it kinda randomly approaches the new color in steps. That may look nice with an RGB led strip, but with individual LED strips for R, G, and B, the colors are just changing multiple times until they settle at the correct color.

I purchased this to replace a H801 RGBW controller (WiFi) that was damaged, it provides most of the same features and was easy to install (Smartthings, Alexa and webCoRE).It worked great for about a day and then stopped connecting despite showing good signal strength and no transmission errors. I tried power cycling, adding additional devices to the mesh near it's location and rebooting my hub but nothing worked. Finally I had to reset the device and reconnect it to the network which requires editing my webCoRE pistons and other automations. It again worked for a few hours flawlessly showing a strong connection and no errors, but then again it dropped off the network and refused to reconnect. No other devices have these issues, including a zigbee plug I put in a nearby outlet to try to improve the mesh so I can only assume this device is faulty when it heats up.The H801 is much cheaper and has better features, so if you don't mind the setup and installing a custom DH then that's the better option.

I use a Nortek USB - Zigbee adaptor with Home Assistant and the only way it could have been easier to set up would be if it unboxed itself. I had it hooked up and controlling a light strip in 5 minutes. That's 4 minutes to push the wires into the connector and 1 minute to pair it and create a card in Home Assistant. They respond instantly to commands from an IKEA Tradfri remote (through Home Assistant). I have ordered 3 more of these.

Great zigbee controller! Connected to SmartThings like a champ. One caveat, I have discovered a LOT of RGBW light strips (NOT this unit - it's wiring is perfect) are color coded incorrectly - I had to swap the red and green wires for the led light strip it to illuminate to the correct colors. Easy fix, and not the fault of this item! Apparently it's common with lesser know (more affordable) LED light strips.I used this power supply as it says it's UL rated: BINZET AC to DC 12V 10A 120W Power Supply

As many other reviews/questions mention, this device will pair with the zigbee and work perfectly... Until it doesn't. It could be a couple hours, but the device WILL stop responding to commands from the zigbee hub. (I've replaced the item through Amazon, and the replacement device has the SAME problem.)I've tried contacting the manufacturer through their website form and via email. No response from either method.

First one arrived DOA. Second one worked once, then would not turn back on the next day I used it. Do not recommend.

No help from support. Various device handlers do nothing different. Connects. Cannot turn on/off. Cannot change color. No response from 3A. Do not buy for SmartThings.

Leider fiept auch dieser Controller beim Dimmen der LEDs. Zwar etwas leiser als der GLEDOPTO, aber immer noch unangenehm.Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Schraubterminals, die deutlich besser funktionieren als die Push-Terminals der Konkurrenz.Anbindung in ZigBee funktioniert sehr gut und es gibt einen Reset-Button, sodass man diesen unkompliziert durchführen kann.

Integración perfecta con zigbee2mqtt, simplemente dándole tensión es reconocido. Funcionando con home assistant.
