Garlic Saucisson Sec From The Savoie, Approx 170g

Made the mistake of throwing in fridge! I would say best at room temperature as fridge makes it too tough and dulls the flavours. Once at room temp it becomes more chewable and that garlic powers through immediately. Not my favourite salami but still worth a try.

Smaller than I expected for the cost of it but tasty anyway.

I bought this to add to my French buffet & cut up in small slices so everyone could try. There wasn’t any left at the end of evening so must of been good
