I've had a few wireless chargers, and I'm always disappointed in the cheap quality and lightweight feel of most of them. I was getting sick of them sliding all over my nightstand, or being too small and strangely-shaped. Some have terribly bright lights, and others are made of cheap materials. I feel like this is probably one of the best wireless charges you're going to get right now, if you care about aesthetics. If not, then just pick up one of the $10-15 ones here on Amazon. This one is clearly meant to look nice, but it still charges the same as cheaper versions. This charger is very sleek, and has some heft without being unnecessarily weighted. The base is aluminum, and has a small white light that turns on when your phone is charging. Thankfully, the light isn't intrusive or bright at all, it's a very dim and soft white bar that lights up when your phone is placed down. In a fully dark room, it's not intrusive at all. Great design choice on their part. The top has a grippy pattern that works well to keep my phone in place, and feels nice to the touch. I have a leather case on my iPhone X, and it holds it just fine. I like that it kind of blends into the desk surroundings rather than looking like a cheap eyesore. The cable is braided, and looks nice. I'm normally not a big fan of these braided cables, as they are kind of stiff and can be annoying to manage. However, this one includes a little leather loop that's meant to manage the cable length if it's too long for you. Glad they didn't just include a cheap cable, it makes the whole thing look a lot better if you have to have part of the cable exposed. Overall, I have no complaints and I'm happy with the product and the packaging. Sure, I wish it wasn't as expensive as it is, but I think it will last a long time and won't show wear nearly as much as the cheap plastic ones tend to do. It seems well-made and looks great, which I can't say for about 75% of other wireless chargers right now. I like it enough that I'll be buying a second one for my desk at work, despite the price tag, so that should say something.

Update: 2 days after use, the charger stopped working. I kept putting my phone on and nothing would happen. Tried different outlets and different qi compatible phone but nothing. Returning it. I spent a little more on this wireless charger ($60) because of how thin it is. I wanted something thin and sleek looking on my nightstand. I also love the modern design. The rubber textured lines hold the phone in place. Also works well with my fairly thin case on my phone. Love not having to fiddle with the charging cord to plug it at night in my dark room. Worth every penny!

I had bought 2 previous versions of "wireless" drop chargers for my iPhone XR. The previous 2, $20 and $30 respectively, did not work well with my phone case installed. I had to remove the case which as we all know is inconvenient for every single charge. In additions, the cheaper chargers took a long time to charge the phone, about 1.5 hours from about 60% to 100% power. This Native Union Drop charger is the same one that is featured in one of our local Apple Stores, and it worked amazing. I should have just stuck with what they not only recommend, but also feature in their "Genius Lounges." It not only charges fast (about 25 minutes from 68% to 100% just today), it's also very stylish looking and has rubberized surface to keep the phone from sliding off. The charger's cable is also braided and reinforced for long lasting service, and has a leatherette strap so you can take it traveling. Because the cord is USB, you can plug it in from a car port, laptop, MacBook, or even use a wall charger adapter. The only disappointment was this did not come with a wall charger adapter. Well worth the $59, but I bought mine from Amazon rather than the Apple Store. I would have had to pay tax, whereas using my Prime membership, I didn't pay any tax nor shipping for this item. I'm very happy so far with this charger.

From the design perspective, which is why I was willing to pay the premium for this product, I've very much satisfied. However, it doesn't charge as fast as the actual usb cable does. Maybe it's because of the adaptor, which is NOT included in the product as advertised. Plus, while plugged in, it makes little white noise, and if you're sensitive about sound, it can definitely bother you. So I have to unplug it when I'm not using it.

This is my favorite wireless charger so far. It's really nice looking and well designed. The rubber on the bottom grips the table well and the rubber on top grips the phone well. It looks great and feels really solid. You need to place your phone in the right spot but unlike other wireless chargers, the sweet spot is pretty forgiving. I didn't expect this but the USBC cable it comes with to power the charger is BEAUTIFUL. It's wrapped in a really nice fabric but it isn't braided like most others. I love this and immediately went to buy more from the manufacture but they are extremely expensive ($40 for a 10ft cable - yikes!). If you are looking for something that has a nice design and premium feel, this is a good option. I wish it was $10 cheaper but what can you do. I had read some reviews here saying it stops working - I hope that doesn't happen to me but if it does, there is a free extended warranty of 2 years that comes with purchase. You just need to register the device with the manufacture through a QR code they include. Like this a lot, very happy with it!

I ordered two of these. Liked the looks. They were easy to use. But after a couple of days, the first one stopped charging my phone. My phone has no trouble being charged using two other wireless chargers we have, so I think the wireless charger is the problem. Problem recurred when I used the second one. I was able to charge using just the cord, but the wireless charging pad would start flashing the red light after about 5 minutes. I am returning these items since the wireless pad does not work for my device.

Carga perfectamente. Lo utilizo con el cargador del propio iPhone y va de maravilla. No se calienta nada y carga a través de la funda sin ningún problema. No lo he probado en carga rápida dado que como lo hago por la noche no lo necesito. Lo único que mejoraría por ponerle una pega es la zona de unión del cable usb C a la base, que al ser redondeada queda con un poco de holgura, pero que no afecta de ninguna manera al funcionamiento. Cosas mías.

Il prodotto, ma questa è questione di gusti, al livello estetico è superiore in confronto alla maggior parte dei caricatori wireless, e certamente lo è al livello qualitativo. Ne ho cercato per settimane uno che, oltre che di qualità, mi piacesse anche esteticamente visto che dovevo metterlo in salotto in bella vista sulla libreria. Sicuramente ce ne sono di molto più economici, anche di buone marche, e sono stato un po’ indeciso se spenderci quei soldi in più, ma visto che si trattava della batteria dell’iphone e non volevo rischiare di rovinarla sono voluto andare sul sicuro con un caricatore non della solita plasticaccia e di una buona marca. I materiali sono assolutamente premium, e oltre che alla vista questo si percepisce anche al tatto e alla pesantezza, non eccessiva, ma quel tanto che ne denota la robustezza. La base è in alluminio, e sotto c’è un cerchio in gomma che lo tiene fermo in caso di vibrazione dello smartphone, e la parte superiore è in tessuto tra le cui trame ci sono delle sottili strisce di gomma sempre con lo scopo di non far spostare o cadere il telefono per eventuali chiamate o notifiche. Per quanto riguarda la ricarica, come detto sono voluto andare su un prodotto di qualità che spero preservi la batteria, visto che alcuni dicono che la ricarica wireless possa deteriorarla di più della ricarica con cavo perché scalda di più, ma ho notato una cosa che mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso e mi fa stare più tranquillo, e cioè che questo caricatore, immagino sia per la qualità delle componenti interne ma probabilmente anche per i materiali di cui è fatto, non scalda molto, e anche il telefono, una volta tolto dalla basetta, non risulta mai bollente, diciamo un po’ più caldo di quando lo si ricarica con cavo. E a proposito di ricarica, orologio alla mano tanto per dare un’idea, ci mette 1 ora e 55 min per ricaricare il mio Iphone 11 dal 20 al 80%, sicuramente un po’ più lento della ricarica con cavo, specialmente poi dal’80 al 100% quando si rallenta ulteriormente, ma che di norma preferisco, visto che più la ricarica è veloce e più la batteria rischia di deteriorarsi (ma poi anche su questo come sul resto ci sono teorie contrastanti), quindi quando ho particolarmente fretta e devo dare una ricarica veloce uso il cavo, ma negli altri casi o la notte, è particolarmente comodo poggiare direttamente lo smartphone sulla basetta e via. Un’altra cosa che mi piace, e che una volta arrivato al 100% la spia bianca che durante la fase di carica è fissa, si spegne, e credo interrompa proprio la ricarica visto che quando mi sveglio la mattina e lo prendo l’Iphone è totalmente freddo. Tra l’altro vorrei comprarne un altro da mettere fisso sul comodino accanto al letto, visto che questo lo sposto spesso sulla libreria in sala, specialmente quando vengono gli amici affinché chiunque ne abbia necessità possa dare una ricaricatina. Per finire, bellissimo anche il cavo, molto lungo, circa 2 mt, e anche lui in tessuto, tra l’altro dello stesso colore di quello della basetta che scegliamo. In più, se dovesse servire staccarlo per portarlo in viaggio, c'è anche una comoda fibbia in vera pelle comoda per fermarlo una volta arrotolato. L’unico appunto che posso fare per trovargli un difetto è che avrei preferito che il cavo fosse da usbc a usbc, invece che da usbc a normale usb. Ricordo che l’alimentatore non è incluso. Conclusione: bello e di qualità, prezzo superiore alla media ma penso che li valga, non foss’altro perché non scalda troppo. Lo ricomprerei. Consigliatissimo, e spero di esservi stato utile.

Love this charger! Works great in any position and have not had an issue with it not charging as soon as I place it down. The design is beautiful and the texture adds a bit of grip so my phone doesn’t slide off if I bump into my nightstand where this charger is sitting. A bit pricey compared to some similar models out there but Native Union has been a good brand for me in the past and I would purchase from them again!
