Not fragile at all, very happy with the purchase
Love it, great teapot, healthy, durable, complies with the strict European standards, unlike junk made in China. It looks fragile, but it's not.

It appears to have a glass infuser but mine came ...
It appears to have a glass infuser but mine came with a black plastic one. I try to avoid all plastic especially when using heat.Actually upon review of this product it states it does have a glass infuser but mine surely did NOT. Very sad about this.

Poor design, unsafe
The pot can't be used safely.It's either everything comes out: tea, filter, lid, or nothing, including tea.You have to hold it in place by other hand, but then lid is burning hot!Handle also does feel like it might not be able to support this pot full of water.I guess it's just very poor design.

Best tea steeper
This is the best bulk tea steeper that I have ever used. The steeping basket is small enough as not to let flakes of herbal tea into the liquid. It is beautiful in design. I broke the top though and am having a hard time finding a source to replace it.

WARNING
Very thin glass, easy to break. Handle gets too hot to pick up without an oven mitt. Lid will fall off if not held in place while pouring (which also gets very hot). An accident waiting to happen!
