Bought vehicle used and found they had used local cheap shops for oil changes and oil plug was mangled from wrong tools being used. Back to proper now , quick n easy.

I, as many others, purchased this not for a Mazda but for a different application. In my case it was for a Yamaha FJ-09 which comes with a standard oil plug that protrudes from the bottom of the engine and easily snapped off. This Mazda plug fits flush with the engine case and cannot be broken off. The vender shipped it quickly, well packaged, and delivered on time. I would recommend this to others.

I took this item to the dealership and asked them to use replace my drain plug while changing the oil. Did it no questions asked! Much cheaper than the having the dealership upcharge me for the part. Came in a bag that said “authentic mazda parts”
