Excellent map! Recommended
wonderful map! Easy to handle, fold & refold. Doesn't flop or sag. Quality material. Easily legible. Fits in your handbag or tote and shows up with the yellow cover. Having the Metro icons on the map and having the metro map were life savers! This is really a tourist map which is exactly what I needed, even though I have been to Paris many times. Shows pictures of buildings and landmarks so you can recognize them and use them as guides to where you are at the moment and where you are going. The cover has a stylish look. I highly recommend this map for finding your way around Paris attractions.

Great Tourist Map
I think the scale and size if this map are great for keeping it useable, yet also allowing you to find things. I like how some buildings are shown in 3D. One thing I also like about it is it gives you a feel for scale and distance between things. I am also a fan of digital maps like Organic Maps for the amount of details they provide and that they are on the phone. But you lose sight of scale zooming in and out all the time. The map also has the advantage of not constantly falling asleep, and is easier to show someone else. So this complements digital maps well.I also like that a metro map is included. They also give advice on prices for things ways to get to the airport, and other small maps to point out other details. The map itself does seem pretty well made. I am not really worried about tearing it or getting it wet (not that I’d test either 😉).

Very good map
Very good map but not most current version. The paper is coated and weather friendly. Very helpful in Paris.I will more likely use in trip display case for its anti dust properties.

Good Map if You Plan to Remain in the Center of Paris
The media could not be loaded. Having been to Paris several times, I've always remained in the heart of the city. For that reason, this map is well suited to my needs. I wish it offered a bit of a wider scope, but I can certainly get by with this central city map. I know that most people these days rely on GPS and smart-phone maps. I prefer a good old fashioned printed map like this one, as it never loses its connection to the web or glitches out.As you can see in my video, this map is rubbery and rather waterproof, which is nice, and a manageable size. Nothing is worse than having to pull out a GIANT MAP in the middle of a city. This map is more discrete, and I like that. The map has Metro stops and sites posted clearly on it. It also has a subway map on the back, as well as some highway maps if you rent a car on your trip. There is also some tourist info on the back, though I rely on my guide book (not the map) for that kind of thing. It's a pretty good map at a good price. Not perfect, but pretty close.

Did the job in Paris
Do yourself a favor when you travel. Buy a REAL paper map and tuck it into your carry-on. Seriously.... GPS will send you to weird places. This map was great because it marks some less-well-known parks to enjoy and how to navigate to the nearest metro and public transportation. We stumbled upon a "mini Versailles" estate close to our B&B just outside of Paris that was a lot prettier, zero tourists, free to visit unless you went inside the mansion, which only cost $8, and actual local French people lounging in the park with their pets and kids (unlike Paris, which was awful).
