Love this set- my 9 year old son does
Love this set- my 9 year old son does! He cashed in allowance and wanted this set... It came with a giant card and several packages of regular pokemon cards, some really high damage and he was so excited to get this! Seemed like a good deal to me, I guess for cards. Its a fun game for the kids, he takes them to school, trades for others and has a blast and makes friends doing this in Pokemon trading club or whatever. If you are just starting to collect cards for your kids I highly recommend getting a set with a tin box because he has several and he uses them to store different types of cards in each one, he has like 4 now and there are different groups he makes them in and stores separately. Anyway with this set the big excitement was def the huge card and it is big- like 5x7 inches or something. Its very cool, high quality. He took it to school and showed to all his friends and brought it home and I was really surprised to see it did not even have a bend in it anywhere, thats pretty good in my opinion.

Great box!
For those of you who are wondering, this box has 4 booster packs in it, 1 shiny regular size rayquaza ex, and 1 shiny jumbo sizs mega rayquaza ex. The 4 booster packs are 2 packs of the newest set (as of today) ancient orgins, 1 pack of roaring skies, and 1 pack of primal clash. You are not guaranteed and ultra rare, or holo in a pack, but you are guaranteed 5 common cards, 3 uncommon cards, 1 reverse holo card, 1 rare, and one code card. The rare card can be a "regular rare", which I find about 3 times in every 5 packs, or a "holo rare" which I find about 1 times every 3 packs, or it could be an ultra rare, which I find about 1 times every 4 or 5 packs, or it could be a secret rare card, which I find about 1 in every 72 packs. Keep in mind that the packs in this box are completely random, and you are not guaranteed a holo or better. However you could also pull more than 1 holo or better. For those of you that may be wondering, I pulled a mega aggron ex.

Son LOVES this pack and Giant Card
Comes with a Giant Rayquaza shiny card - which I didn't even realize when buying it. It was a good pack overall with several Legendaries in it. My son is all about Pokemon as many boys are. He loves this giant card so much and takes it with him all the time. It is a battle for him to keep it at home. LOL WE even bought another one just like this for his friend's birthday party. My son is in 1st grade.. not sure how long he will be in love with Pokemon, hopefully not too long! haha

All in All, a Solid Box, But You're Not Garenteed to get the Jumbo Card in the Picture
First things First, you will get the normal sized promo card in the picture, but you will get 1 of 4 Jumbo Cards of either Mega Shiny Rayquaza EX, Shiny Rayquaza EX, Primal Kyogre EX, or Primal Groudon EX. I believe this should have been made more clear, but they just put the description that is on the box that doesn't state which cards you might get.The promo card is really cool looking with nice art and border details, but the move set isn't great for use other than collecting or if you want to evolve your Rayquaza onto Mega Rayquaza a little earlier. The secondary move costs a lot of energy and has a 50/50 chance of having to discard energy from the Pokemon. So, in the end, it's pretty and not a bad card when used right, but it would be for a very niche deck.Other than that, I'm happy with both the condition the box came in and the amount of cards I got for the price, so I would still recommend the box.

Damaged Promo Card
Everything looked great until I opened the package and tilted it back. I noticed there was white on what appeared to be the top of the card, so I opened the package and found the main card was damaged. It looks fine in a front-back view but, when you tilt it, it is torn. I can confirm the card is actually real, considering I can now see the black they put in the MIDDLE of the actual Pokemon cards, but this is an extreme frustration since the whole reason I got this box was because Rayquaza has always been a favourite of mine.Honestly? For the price, don't take the chance unless you, for some reason, only want the card packs. I won't be buying again.

Great box!
A lot of these collection boxes can be kind of questionable in regards to pricing (I'm looking at you Metagross box!) but I can safely say this box is worth the price! I pulled a Full-art Gardevoir EX so don't worry about the four packs inside this box being weighed. The shiny Rayquaza itself has a cool design and so does the jumbo card of Mega Rayquaza. This is a great gift for kids or for PTCG players and collectors. The package came quickly and was safely packed.

The Good Pokemon Box
I am a eight-year old boy. I have had a lot of Pokemon boxes. This one gave me one full-art trainer scatchy, a jumbo card, and two Ex's. This was a very good box because it had a lot of good cards. If you're a beginning Pokemon collector or an advanced one, you should get this box if you haven't already.
