Millet and other small seeds; very minimal amount of safflower seed which is what my birds like. A few almonds and pieces of cashew, but VERY FEW. Face it, safflower and sunflower are unhealthy and like junk food. This is not a great mix for 'tiels or any parrot unless you are just giving minimal amount of seed. Because it is organic (WHICH I LOOOOVE) it is very expensive but when I looked at it...it really is NOT worth it. My parrots did not eat the smaller seed; bust the few safflower and almonds. I feed a varied diet of fresh, pellets and small amt of seed. This is not a varied enough blend of seed to offer, even if organic. Too pricey.

My birdies came from the pet store addicted to millet, and I could barely get them to eat anything else. One was sick so I didn't feel like I could starve them, and I tried to find seed I didn't feel guilty about feeding them. Luckily, within a few weeks they were eating the other seeds that my vet said were high in protein, and snacking on parsley! Very happy with their progress! This seed seems to come in and out of availability, so I stocked up with three bags this time.

I love this product because its organic, its very clean mix doesnt have a lot of chunky nuts just perfect blend, worth the money

Too many sunflower seeds which are bad for your parrot.

Really not ok, lots of small brown bugs throughout this bag of seed. I will not buy again, ever. Unacceptable. Long time (30 years) bird owner here strongly recommending that you do not buy this brand.
