This for me grinds enough beans for my 12-cup drip coffee maker at one time! I use 3 large or 6 tablespoons per pot and there is room for more beans if needed. This is how strong I like my coffee and how much my older coffee grinder held too. It is simple to use, and you can grind the beans as fine as you like depending on how long you hold the button down. Also, the grinder will not activate when you take off the lid, so you should remain injury safe! The cord is long enough to use comfortably and just wipe it with a paper towel to clean! You could use it for other spice grinding purposes, but I like to designate it to just coffee. Not terribly noisy and decent grind quality for blade vs bur.

I love this coffee grinder! It’s inexpensive but feels very well-made and works great. It’s super simple to use — just fill, press, and grind. I’ve tried several types of beans and it handles them all with no issues, turning whole beans into a fine powder in just seconds. We’ve used it daily for a few months haven’t had a single issue. It’s a little loud at first but gets quieter as you grind, and it’s very easy to clean. My only suggestion for improvement would be if the grinding cup could detach from the base to make pouring easier. I usually tip it upside down so the grounds fall into the lid, then pour from there. We use a percolator with a small basket, so a little coffee powder always spills - but that’s more of a design limitation than a dealbreaker. Overall, this is an excellent grinder for the price, and I highly recommend it.

The safety feature is solid—it won't run unless the lid is properly on, which I appreciate. The only downside is that the power cord is a bit short, so you need to be fairly close to an outlet. Other than that, it works perfectly and hasn't given me any issues so far. Overall, a solid grinder for everyday use. Worth the money.

My father wanted a grinder for a while so I purchased this as a gift for Christmas for him. It’s not loud or messy. It makes some noise as expected but the noise is very minimal. He was pleased with how fine it grinds as it worked better than the blender that he was using before. It is a good product and worth the price. Only suggestion is that I wish it could hold more stuff at a time but it seems strong and works well.

Quiet, small enough to fit in a drawer, very efficient coffee grinder. I tried several other brands after my 20 year old Krupp died. I even tried another Krupp and they dont make em like they used to. Kitchenaide even at twice the price of this one wasnt very good. This Black & Decker is the one you want. I've had it a few months now, grinding coffee every day, and it's running very well. I love being able to put it in a drawer so there is one less thing cluttering the counter. I would definitely buy this one again.

This is a great little grinder. It works flawlessly and cleans up easily, I just empty it out and wipe it down with a dry paper towel. The build quality and materials feel solid, and Black+Decker has been a trusted brand for years. The listed capacity is 2/3 cup, but I usually grind about 3/8 cup of beans with no issues, so I don’t worry about exceeding the capacity. The cord wraps neatly around the underside of the grinder, keeping it out of the way for easy storage. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an affordable grinder from an established, reputable company. Definitely worth the price paid.

I have only used this four times now, but it is effective and has not died on me yet. It is extremely reasonably priced and grinds the beans into a fine enough grind for my coffee pot. It’s also easy to clean! It’s such a low price point, I don’t know how long this will last, but for now it works well.

Have been using this for almost a year to gring up the herbs I grow in my garden. It works perfectly for this and is easy to use and clean.

I've been using this coffee grinder for the past 6 months every day and I have no complaints. It does what it's supposed to do. I only use it for grinding my coffee but it gets the job done quickly and quietly within seconds. Very happy with this and will continue to use it every day for hopefully a long time!

AVOID!!! Sold with moulded polarised plug for use in the USA. It is unusable in the UK. The plug cannot safely be replaced by a UK plug. This item should never have been offered in the UK. In addition, the seller requires the purchaser to pay the return postage charge to the USA!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Amazon - what are you thinking???! UPDATE: the kind people at Getty in the USA have taken pity on me and have very generously agreed to refund the purchase price without my having to return the grinder. This is a one-off kind gesture, as I'm the first and so far only Brit to have bought the grinder in the UK. So, full marks to Getty for outstanding customer service! Now, Amazon UK, please stop offering this product in the UK.

Works awesome for my coffee, wish it came with a timed options, rather than having to stand and hold the button down.
