Second use and it is leaking all the fluid out onto my floor! Useless!Update: In taking apart the mop I found a very small soft plastic cap like thing which I figured out had come off a drain hole in the bottom section of the mop. After a struggle with needle nose pliers I got it back on and leaking stopped. Don’t know how long it will stay put. And 45 minutes of frustration to figure this out is not good!Positive up-date—Yocada (the seller) reached out after my negative review about the leaking issue and offered to send me a new mop at no charge. I had it within 3 days! Terrific customer service! I have used the mop and it is very easy to use, spray is strong and it is easy to maneuver across floor and around corners, furniture. But the best is the customer service!

Did a lot of research to finally order this one. Many factors played into purchase. Price, can refill reservoir, can wash mop heads and doesn't take special replacement mop head. Metal pole is a plus. Using it is very easy and overall feels very well made. Trigger is not flimsy. Reservoir can hold at least 2 cups water and that's 3/4 full. Using my own cleaning solution is another plus. Overall very happy with purchase! First spray mop because most are cheaply made, special pads and special solutions to spend money. Will not be going back to my hand wring mop for sure!

Product is very simple and easy to use. A couple things keep me from giving it 5 stars: Spray nozzle I feel is to high, it should spray more down. Secondly, the fluid bottle has to be taken out to give it air half way through the fluids.

I was on the market for a good easy to use mop. I searched pages of mops and decided to give this one a try. I have not regretted this mop one bit! It’s a great mop! It’s size is perfect. The cloths it comes with are good texture for cleaning floors, I like that the cloth fits the mop better than other mops I’ve had. One of my favorite things is that you can put it whatever cleaner you want to use! I put in a lysol mixture. It’s so easy to use! My kids even help! A great mop for a great price!

So far this product's been great. Lightweight but sturdy, the sprayer works great, and the pad can still get into the corners and under the stove. I love that my trashcan is only full of dust bunnies and not Swiffer pads when I'm finished cleaning. The directions for assembly are on the outside of the box, so be sure to take a pic. The spray bottle does tend to contract as the air is sucked out by the sprayer, but you just have to open it once in a while to release the pressure.

Update:The squeak got worse and worse, and then the bottle got stuck on the mop and won't come off. Now I have to find something else.This mop makes it easy to wet-mop daily. We're getting new flooring soon, so I needed to step up my game. I have animals and a husband who shares their aesthetic. I am also domestically challenged myself, so this has been a years-long battle. I have a Bissel Cross Wave, which I like, but it's slow and loud, so I don't haul it out often enough to keep up. After a few months with the Yocada mop, my old floor is as clean as it can get and I have the confidence I'll be able to take decent care of the new flooring.Pros: 1) It's super maneuverable 2) It does a great job on edges because the mop head extends a little past the plastic edge 3) It's easy to fill 4) The head is very flat so when I want to give an extra scrub to a spot, I can apply a little pressure with my foot on one side of the mop without breaking it. 5) It's wide enough to reach under things sideways, but not too wide to manage 6) It's lightweight 7) The microfiber mops wash up nicely in the washing machine. 8) It's easy to change the velcro-on mops and they stay on, unlike some other mops that have to stretch and then fall off.Neutral: 1) The bottle could hold more, but it's easy to fill so I don't mind.Cons: 1) I only received one washable mop instead of the three promised with my mop. I'm okay because I also ordered additional ones, but could use the other two. 2) It's a little squeaky when you squeeze the sprayer, which could bother some, but I'm fine with that.Thanks for the great mop!

I like the larger fill bottle than some of the others out there. It is about 2 cups. I don't have a really large area so I don't use it all. In fact the mop heads pick up the dog hair and dirt so well, I have not had to mop with water much yet on my vinyl plank floor. The little scraper was part of the reason I bought this one over others. It does work to get the hair and other debris off the pad so you don't have to wash it every time you mop. And when you do need to wash, all that hair doesn't go into the washing machine or you don't have to pick it off by hand. So that is a nice feature. The mop heads just go in the washing machine and come out like new. I really do like this mop.

There is a tiny plastic valve under where the bottle sits that if it comes loose, it leaks the cleaning solution all over the floor while not in use.

Good for hardwood floors. For tiles I would recommend for dry use. To use it on staircases, this size is little bit big and the sprayer nozzle is high. When the nozzle is high and facing straight when you spray it can cover more space. If the nozzle is little bit angle towards the floor, it can reduce the space covering by solution.I like the nozzle to spray not more than 4 inches for both sides from the mop.It will be easier to save some time and solution. But, this one is taking more space when we spray. Before you buy consider the size of the tiles or hardwood space. If you have more rugs area in your home go for smaller size mops. Other wise for big areas this is perfect.

Easy to use and no dragging round a mop bucket, just put the cloth in the washer after use....brilliant
