These are amazing for helping with fatigue. I just add one to my morning water daily. I usually eat a ketogenic diet and this is one things I use to keep my electrolyte balance where it needs to be.

Tastes like salt water; flavorless if you add it to drinking water. Didnt upset my stomach like the terrible-tasting additive I’m Currently using. Way too expensive, but the quality is clear. Each dose individually encased in glass bottles.

I bought this product because I was curious about the Quinton Isotonic product. I did not realize you had to break the glass on both ends of the capsules to release the water. I was a little nervous about the idea that little pieces of broken glass might be getting into the water I was drinking, and one day I noticed that there were a couple of fairly large shards in my cup, which made me realize there could be very serious risks to using this product. I then ordered the QuintEssential product, which is the same water but in a much more user-friendly capsule package. I recommend anyone interested in the Quinton Isotonic go in that direction instead of the original capsules.

Good product. But received with a few vials broken… kinda frustrating when you’re spending a pretty penny for the product.

I love this product. It is from a safe reputable source and the packaging is paper and glass. No stress on the plastic.
