Scale, quality and longlivity are improvable
Hoping to get a sturdy, reliable and easy to use hole puncher, I ordered and received this product in December 2022. However, the first thing I got to notice is that the scale's adjustment (eg. from A4 to A5 and reverse) is extremely difficult, and it kept being difficult until to this very day. Also to punching quality was not fully up to the expected standard. Now, only eight to nine months later, one of the hole puncher blades gets stuck when trying to punch even a single page and I have to mechanically open the lower compartment and push the blade back with quite some effort. As this keeps repeating every single time, this renders the hole puncher useless for me. I sincerely hope the company gives these issues some thought and finds this review as an input for further development and improvement. Best regards
