I'm grateful for the efforts of the author to document what could disappear or at least fade as modernity increasingly transforms India, and I'm endlessly curious to learn how Hartsuiker developed relationships and overcame language barriers with the Sadhus he profiles. To update once I've read more of this fascinating book.

FANTASTIC
The writing is informative and engaging, and the photos are gorgeous. I literally read it in one sitting.

Arrived Quickly and is a great way to learn more about this Ancient religion and it's philosophy via the holy men and has some beautiful photos
