The most perfect set of spatula and ladle
The media could not be loaded. These are seriously the best shaped cooking tools I have ever used.And I have bought several. But they were always wrongly angled, or shaped and u would know they don't work or it's awkward or not enjoyable to use them after 1 use. Such as they don't really scoop up food cos the angle is wrong, or there's no way to get to a corner of the pan, or the thing is too short.These ones?They are a JOY to use. Omg. I don't know how they can be so perfect. They make me feel like I'm a chef in the kitchen. They make the cooking experience elevated.I don't know how else to put it. But they have been a joy to use. I only ordered them cos I bought the round wok of the same brand and wanted to gift the whole set as a gift to my husband.However after buying and using this spatula and ladle set, I'm just blown away.

It's very nice.
This thing will never break. It is one solid piece of metal, and it's the only wok shovel I will ever have to buy. I was on the fence about it, but I didn't really like the other options, so I got it. I'm happy I did. It's nice to work with.

Beautiful Hardy Tools
As advertised, these are one piece functional herloon constructed wok utensils. No wood to fail. Seasoned steel falls to hand perfectly without heat buildup. You get what you pay for.

Shaft length
The shaft is a bit too long for me. I'd prefer it to be one to two inches shorter. That would give a better sense of control.

SEASON THEM THEY ARE AMAZING
After trying some other disappointing sets, I took a leap and shelled out more money for these utensils than my wok cost. I have no regrets.1. Remove from packaging.2. Wipe them down with a dry paper towel to remove what I assume is some protective oil coating.3. Using your gas stove/wok hob/fireplace/propane torch heat up the action half of the utensil.4. They come "blued" out of the package. I heated mine up through the rest of the color range until they reached silver again. Do not go past silver obviously.5. Wipe on a thin layer of vegetable oil (or the highest smoke point food safe oil you can get).6. Place over heat again spinning/turning constantly until all the oil has smoked off.7. Repeat 1-3 more times.The utensils should be a very dark brown/black when finished. If you managed to apply thin even coats you will end up with a beautiful glossy shine. I did not season all the way up the handle, just an inch or two.The size, weight, balance, angle, curve, and quality of these utensils are all amazing.

These are sturdy. Pricy but worth it
These are the exact product I’ve been looking for. Single piece, hefty weight but not too much. The handle is shaped nicely, very easy to hold even when working commercially in a restaurant. Both ladle and shovel are perfectly sized. As noted these are not stainless steel. Take the same care of these as you would your wok and you’ll have no issue.
