Bumble and Bumble Styling Lotion (8 Ounces)

This is the best styling lotion around and I got it for $8!!! Usually sells for around $30 for 8 oz. Leaves hair full, but this will not leave your hair feeling like it has a coating on it. I love this specific item from Bumble and Bumble, which are EXCELLENT products but in my opinion completely overpriced. The only other item I like is the "DeFrizz", which is a silicone based coating for the hair which does not weigh it down and is excellent for curly hair or hard to manage naturally curly hair. If I find it for $8 I will get that also bur right now it is for $30/4oz and I will NOT pay that, I do not care what it does, gold costs less than that!! Bumble and Bumble DeFRIZZ (4 Ounces)

I really like this stuff. If it came in some form that didn't require me to spray it on (sprays end up all over the bathroom) I would give it 5 stars. I have fine, thin, straight hair and this stuff allows me to keep a style in for a few days and it feels like there's no product on my hair. I'll admit that I still reach for my mousse if I want to keep tighter curls in for several days but for looser styles that look and feel very natural, this is great. You do need to saturate your hair with it though for it to be effective.

I meant to order the Styling CREAM, but ordered the LOTION in error. ("Lotion" is more descriptive of the "Cream") This product is a watery styler (thus my misunderstanding). Thought I'd try it, as shipping changes the dynamics of an exchange. It does a nice job, is light-weight, but you have to use more product. The result is nice body and natural shine. (With the Cream, you use less, but there is a heavier, dry, dullness.) As both products are pricy for what they are, I will probably save this Lotion for special occasions, as I do the Cream.

I'll start off by saying I use this because I am lazy. I also can't justify using a blow dryer in the summer. (I spend $$$ to cool my house then more $$ to run a blow dryer to heat it up?) IF I comb 7-10 sprays on my entire head through. Then air dry then brush again. The end result is 80% less frizzy than I would be just air drying. And the effect lasts about 36 hours. I have thick blonde hair that likes to frizz and curl at the ends

This is an ultra light weight product that I have used for a few years. It doesn't leave your hair crunchy at all. It makes a difference but does not last all day long. I have curled my hair with it and tested curling my hair without it. It does make a difference but like I said, it does not last a really long time on my fine hair. The smell isn't too strong. I no longer smell it after my hair is dry which is nice.

I was so excited when my B&B Styling Lotion bottle arrived yesterday. I recently started going to a salon where they use B&B products and just loved the results from them and from the samples they gave me to use at home. I wanted to get some shampoos and the Prep and Styling Lotion for sure but was hoping to find them at a discount. When I found the Prep and Styling Lotion on Amazon I was very excited.I used both for the first time last night and see a noticeable difference with how my hair looks and feels. It looks like it did at the salon which I am not usually able to achieve. The styling lotion helped smooth my hair when I blew it dry and it just looks fresh and not oily. I can't wait to get more B&B items!

I like this product. I don't really know what I'm doing when it comes to styling my hair. I have short hair and it's very fine. I think this lotion gives my hair a little weight without being greasy or sticky. I spray it on when my hair is wet, blow dry and then sometimes use a flat iron or a curling iron. When I don't use it my hair has static and doesn't look polished.

Amazing! I have been using this product for 5 years now! Plus a bottle usually lasts me about 9 months. I have bleached blonde hair but am always getting compliments on how smooth my hair is. I went to beauty school where we used Bumble as our product line. The name can be misleading because we used this as a heat protectant for all of our clients! Simply spray a bit in your hands and rub through the outside of DRY hair. Then flat iron as needed. That's what I have been doing for years to keep my bleach hair from being fried.
