C-Line 13-Pocket Expanding File, Includes Tabs, Letter Size, 1 Expanding File, Plaid Design (58312)

I am using this folder for important documents in an emergency bag. It definitely holds a lot and is sturdy. I currently have two sets of loan documents (which is VERY thick, and of legal size), a few loose leaf docs, and a couple of zippered pouches with individual important docs. It can hold a bit more as well, and it is very durable.The only (very small) con is that the rubberband is slightly loose if you don't have a filled folder. But once it's filled up the rubberband does its job and holds the lid/cover well.

I ordered 3, would have been nice to get three different colors. Maybe that’s picky but had I bought at a brick and mortar store I would not have gotten duplicate colors. Otherwise they are exactly what I wanted and needed.

I bought this item to store my receipts in, categorized by month.It's good and sturdy and does its job. Like the other say, there is a chance that the things you put in can wind up in a different slot because each compartment is not completely closed in - there is an opening at the bottom. However, it's not a problem for my needs.After I've been using it for a couple of months now, there is one problem: it does expand, but it doesn't expand enough. The file is getting increasingly harder to close and I still have 3 more months' worth of receipts to file in it! This is the only reason why it's not getting the full 5 stars. Otherwise, I'd say this is pretty good.

I wanted a cheap binder fast so I got this .Well made and has labels ( Jan -Dec and some others) . it will fit normal documents A4 size , but if you try to fit in a fedex cover , it will not fit. maybe it my fault , i have organized my docs in envelopes and I have to remove them out. as a reviewer mentions these compartments have comon bottom , so they are not sealed at bottom. Its a good choice and value for moneyPros :cheapexpands and can fit quite somecons:fits A4 , no fedex envelope :(only docs , these compartments dont have a seal bottomtip: do yourself a favor buy the black one :)

I purchased the expanding file approximately two years ago. Extremely pleased with this purchase. It's held up extremely well. The plastic is durable and strong. It's used on a daily basis. Being organized is a must in my life. The price is beyond reasonable. I can pull the files open wide enough to find the proper correspondence. The band hasn't stretched. I've not had to tape anything. It looks almost new. I've not overstuffed my files either. That's where I would ascertain some of the negative reviews that I've read. I'm purchasing two more today. More stuff that I can readily find quickly. Hope this review helps. Thanks

This is a little smaller than some of the accordion files we have purchased in the past, but all the stores around here were out of accordion files (too much back-to-school shopping) so we purchased this one at it is a good value. It will still work (although we wish it were at least a half-inch larger) and for $3.99, it was a great deal.

I bought this in April of 2014 and recently January of 2018 got rid of it. I would like to state that I am happy that it lasted about 4 good years. I am very please with this purchase. I used it for my important papers and files and when I got with my husband we just got a filing cabinet and it did the job for me. But such a good run...

I use this to keep my bills, paystubs, etc. organized for the year. I loved the plaid pattern I found on Amazon, prettier than the solid-colored file folders I have used in the past. It works well for its purpose, but I wish it expanded on the bottom . . . by the end of the year it is all bulgy and pregnant-looking. If it expanded on the bottom as well it would be more uniform in shape. Oh well . . . back to the engineering drawing board again.

if you are using this for receipts, you'll need to put file folders inside each pocket. Otherwise each pocket is open at the bottom and you'll quickly find that your receipts are laying on the bottom and not organized as you had expected.Other than that detail, it's not a bad product. I'll look for something closed at the bottom next time.

does its job. keeps solid things in place, would not put separate sheets in as they will likely slide. there is a space of 1 inch or so from the bottom and each divider. just put solid booklets and similar things in it. seems good quality plastic. dividers clearly marked.

Hard to go wrong with a fileholder, I use it for taxes. The elastic on the front hangs on well, and allows for room for the fileholder to expand if needed. Comes with 2 sets of month tabs Jan-Dec which is nice if you damage them somehow.

Es bonito, mucho más de lo que se aprecia en la imagen, es grande y bastante práctico. De los muchos que he comprado, es de mis favoritos, el material es resistente y a la vez blando, no hace ruido como algunos otros y el cerrado es preciso. Definitivamente muy bien hecho.
