At first I didn't think it was going to work because the screws weren't long enough. But then you just have to push the screws in hard and then it screws right into your sander save me a lot of money. I'm buying a new one. Couldn't find screws to fit it. Otherwise it's an amazing product. Works great! Real happy. Thank you Amazon

I was needing a replacement for the original sander pad that came with my Ryobi sander because it was falling apart after years of use. I decided to try this one. Initially, it seemed to be ok, although it seemed to sling off and not hold too well the sander disks that I put one after some use.Unfortunately, this pad started breaking apart after literally an hour or two of use. The quality of this pad is not good. Pieces started flying off while I was using this. I do not recommend. I returned this and went for a brand that has a steel back instead of this poor-quality plastic pad.1 star

The hook and loop sanders and sand paper has almost shut down PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive ) sand paper market.My seldom used Ryobi palm sander pad will render the loop backing on several brands of discs useless in 1-2 minutes of use. Cleaning loop fibers from the pad helped a bit. So it will be converted to a non-hook and loop pad for PSA discs.This replacement pad appears to be identical to OEM. I will use it when I have to cause I have lots of sand paper withHook and loop backing.

I almost threw my old ryobi sander out, replaced the pad for $7.50 and back in business. Perfect fit
