Danti Sports Car Door sill scuff plate Guard Sills for Toyota RAV4 2013 2014

To bad they didn't design these right for a 2015 RAV 4, they could have been a great buy. There is a step in the door sill frame that doesn't match this scuff plate that you can see in their picture. This causes it to sit uneven to the frame, along with the rubber edging being as thick as the 2 sided mounting tape, I had to remove their mounting tape and apply some thicker tape to make them stick Also the stamped lettering is not as defined as it looks in the pic, nor is there a shiny surface to the tops of lettering as it appears to have, it is all the same brushed look. Overall the quality is not bad for the price and I decided to keep them. Just wish they had formed them for the vehicle they are intended for.

I agree-these are not fitting well to my door sill. They will require additional tape and it is too cold to make that effort, right now. These could be so nice-if htey were crafted with care and detail. I would have paid a lot more for a product that was made properly and came with the proper adhesive. 2 friends were interested in getting them, but looked at these and decided not to. I will not recommend them.

This is a waste. I don't think the dimensions are suitable for this model RAV4. I may be thinking I got the installation all wrong but it's like saying you had difficulty plugging-in your TV. Who does this actually happen to? Such a straight forward item and install but turned out to be a mistake.
