ASICS Men's Solid Modified Singlet

I'm 5'11" 195 and always buy Large T-shirts and Shorts so I ignored the sizing recommendation and bought this singlet in a Large. It fit fine in the waist and legs but I couldn't get the shoulder straps up without feeling like it was going to rip. If I was a bit shorter it would probably work.... but I'm not, and I'm glad for that. I'm returning it and buying an XL.

My comments are about sizing only.It is difficult to wrap my head around some of the other size "recommendations" here.I am exactly 5'7. I weigh 143 pounds. I am in shape.I could barely, and I mean barely, get into a size medium. The shortness of a medium pulled down on my shoulders so hard it was painful. The girth was so small it was difficult to draw a breath. Impossibly tight.I did also order a large. The large fits reasonably well. It is tight, but not intolerably tight. The height is "okay". Any shorter would be painfully short, but ordering an even larger size than large for me would be too big. If you're my size, you're a large.

I have four boys in youth wrestling in Folkstyle and this last spring was the first season for Freestyle and Greco Roman which requires blue and red. I know they aren’t flashy with a bunch of logo and dye sublimation, but the price is perfect for a family on a budget and the Asics singlets are fantastic quality and fit advertised.In the end I got blue and red for each of my four boys knowing we could pass them down to the next kid. Let’s face it, with the cost of tournament fees, food, gas, lodging, the low cost of this great singlet is perfect for a big family or kids who are just starting out.

I purchased the Black Asics Mens Solid Modified Singlet in the XXL size. I normally wear a size L in shirts and 36" X 24" pants. I'm glad I ordered what should have been a very oversized garment because the XXL fits very snug between the crotch and shoulders, form fitting throughout the rest of the body and snug in the thigh elastic grippers. The price $21.99 is fantastic. That alone makes this a great deal. I recommend this garment and Asics in general.If there is a downside, though the material is a substantial spandex blend it has very limited if any breathability. I would recommend this singlet to a friend.

My teen son is very tall. He just started Powerlifting and needed a singlet for competitions. I bought two other singlet brands and had to return them... they both pulled on his shoulders and were uncomfortable. This one, however, works great. I think with a higher collar, there is more support and the shoulders don't get killed by the straps. It seems to fit better overall than the others, too. The legs are a good length. Good price and good quality.

I bought it for use in a USAPL powerlifting meet. Met all my expectations. I was comfortable, fit to advertised size, and didn't make me look like some non-lifting goon. Couldn't be happier.

Just fine as an entry-level singlet. All my buddies at the gym were pushing me to get a pricier, flashier singlet. Well, needless to say, my weightlifting skill is definitely not at the level of "flashy" yet, so I opted for enough singlet to get me into competitions without breaking the bank. Sizing as listed in the title is perfectly comfortable. For the price, it's a great choice for a beginner.

I'm a bigger guy and I do NO-GI Brazillian Jiu Jitsu. I ran into the problem of my shirt coming up and my shorts coming down resulting in me showing my crack to the world while grappling. By wearing a wrestling singlet under everything I don't have that issues anymore and feel more confident in training. It allows me to go into positions I normally would avoid because of showing my crack.

The price may be good, but it is not flattering at all. Planning to use a for a powerlifting meet, but the leg material is too long and touches my knee sleeves (powerlifting rule violation). If going with this I would recoommend sizing down for a better fit. I'm 5"7 165lbs and a large felt a bit loose.

Tätigkeiten nur zu empfehlen, Material u. Verarbeitung sind sehr gut.Länge Wartezeit die sich aber lohnt! Wenn es kühler ist trage ich das Produkt jedenTag. Der Schnitt ist geil, gehe damit auch mal baden und dann weiter mit demFahrrad 100 km auf die Skaterpiste.Nach 20 x Waschen immer noch formstabil und nicht ausgeleiert. Made in USA sehr gute Qualität. Robuste Qualität. Ein Nachteil:Krasse Preisunterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Farben.! Gummibund an den Beinensind sehr stramm und leiern nicht. Gute nähtechnische Verarbeitung. Produkt nur zuempfehlen !!! NICHT UEBERTRIEBEN. Eine erneute Nachbestellung mit der Auslieferung von UPS innerhalb einer sehr kurzen Zeit hat mich positiv überrascht. Hatte mir eine 2x xl nachbestellt , liegt etwas für eine andere Sportart lockerer. Produkt für diesen Preis und dieser guten Qualität kann keiner toppen ! Schön , dassEs auch noch amerikanische Produkte bei Amazon gibt. Sollte mehr intensiviert werden.

Update: so after months of trying to get a new replacement singlet we finally got the new one. I was super unhappy with most of the amazon employees that assisted me throughout this period until the last one and she was wonderful and helpful and we had to cancel and reprocess the order entirely.Other than that I really love the singlet!The stitching around the neckline has come lose and the reinforcement edge around the neckline came off. Original score was a 5 until that happened. I am hoping that it can be exchanged cause otherwise my son really loved it. It fits well. Light and breathable. Can move easily while wearing. Apparently durability though is less than we expected!

I was a bit nervous ordering a singlet online. But this singlet fits nice and snug; and I've got excellent movement in them. I'm 6'2", 200 and I bought an XL. It fits perfectly. It's not baggy anywhere. The construction appears to be solid. I like the "no-slip" bands in the legs that prevent the singlet from riding up. I find cheaper singlets can do that - the legs slowly slip up and bunch at the crotch. It's easy to clean/wash. I hang dry mine - not sure if that's required, but given the nature of the fabrics and materials, it's probably best to hang dry. It doesn't take long to dry anyway. All in all - great singlet.

Look great, dry, sweaty or soaking wet, use singlet as underwear for cycling pants + shirt, the feeling is awesome, wear-it for at least 10 times, use-it for a long-distance walk as underwear too, no burning or scraping in between the legs, it was not designed for this use, but it's very comfy, love to wear it when it's 90 degrees, the freedom of movement is exceptional, for the price, this singlet 100% perfect end I recommend it.
