Worked perfectly on my 69 Firebird. M22 26 spline 4spd even though is said not for my car.

Clutch alignment tool fits as it should. Used this one multiple times doing an ls1 clutch.

Only used it for 5 min while tightening the pressure plate but without it it's near impossible to get the clutch plate properly aligned.

The listing does not say it so I will, this tool has an outer diameter of 1-1/8" with 26 splines. It was a perfect fit for my 06 Corvette clutch. Most clutch kits come with this tool, so check before you buy this. I went through my local Chevy and it was not included. Other places either charged more or had ridiculous shipping. Quality was great, just what my husband needed for his mower

A metal tool would have been better, but this did get the job done and was super cheap. The plastic splines on this are pretty much done after adjusting the clutch a bit when torquing down the pressure plate.
