The outer box showed up in terrible shape, I was surprised to see the humidor was ok. I followed the instructions and weeks later the humidity was still 75% and sometimes up to 80% and I noticed the lid isn’t seating all the way. I contacted the company and they told me 75% was good but I should replace the humidifier with packs, really? I just paid $300 for this and they say cast it aside and buy something else. I’m somewhat upset overall, take your chances if you want, if they would make it right I wouldn’t have a problem
