If you use it for castor oil, I’m not sure you need to clean it bc castor oil doesn’t grow any bacteria. But I would double check.

I imagine so. (I've never washed it because I use it for the castor oil packs and refrigerate between uses. When it gets smelling rancid, I throw it away.)
