So Addictive!
I recently made homemade treacle for the first time and it's one of the most delicious sweeteners I've had It's pretty much cooked and concentrated sugar, but you don't need much. Well one of the British FB groups I'm in mentioned this candy and being adventurous with trying now things, I ordered this. HOLY COW, it's so good. It's chewy and sweet. I don't even need much. One piece is satisfying. I do wish the product was cheaper or at least had more quantity in the bag, but It is what it is!

Memories from my childhood
We ate this usually in November... November 5th to be precise, which is Guy Fawkes night (bonfire night) in England. It's exactly how I remember it. My mother made it at home in a shallow metal baking pan, and we broke it up gently with a hammer to shatter it into edible sizes. It's SO delicious. It's brittle, and yet very chewy (the homemade version, anyway). Grand stuff. Highly recommend, although the bag could be bigger for the price as I ate over half of it last night, just hours after receiving it! 🐷

EVIL Good - The Whole Bag Just Disappears!
This is my favourite pre-packaged treacle toffee. It's not too hard (no broken teeth) and the flavour is just the right balance of dark and sweet. Everyone in the house loves it; I hide it in the bread box and dispense the pieces one at a time. :)

Misleading
Do not be misled. These are not the toffees advertised all I got was a solid block not the walkers wrapped toffees I have had before. I tried to ring the seller but number not recognised. Would not recommend.
