I needed a replacement as one of the dogs decided to chew on the original remote. This one works perfect. I ordered a gray one, but received a black but other than that it’s all good.

迅速に対応していただきすぐに届きました。写真の色は濃いグレーだったのですが、商品説明にはホワイトと書かれていてどちらが届くのか分からなかったのですが、写真通りのグレーでした。ちなみに本体はホワイトを持っています笑問題なく使用できたので満足です❗️

商品情報が違っていた。
ダイソン リモコン (Iron) AM09 ホット+クールヒーターファンを購入。写真は黒色だったが、商品情報を確認したところ、白色と表示されていた為購入（当方白色希望）。黒色が届いた。Amazonで購入すると、この手の誤情報が多い。なんとかしていただきたい。
