Works as advertised...
These relays were perfect for an application I needed to create. I have an additional (BIG) battery in the back of my vehicle to run some amateur radio equipment. I wanted a way to disconnect both that battery and the vehicle battery from which it charges and is isolated. I used these relays as pilot relays for much larger 40 A automotive relays that disconnect each battery from its load. It allowed me full control of my setup without wires. They consume extremely little current to run their receivers (which are always connected to the batteries - with fuses). Other ignition-off loads in the vehicle will discharge the batteries much sooner than these will. The only issue I saw was that the leads are very small wires and quite short. I had to use considerable care in making connections with them.

Great add-on for shutting down generator while camping
I've installed two of these so that you do not need to go to the generator to shut it down while camping. I powered it with a usb adapter plugged into the generator because when I tried a 9 volt battery, it emptied the battery in 3 days if I did not disconnect it in the morning( and I did not want the hassles of having to remove the battery every day). Very easy to wire and they do not interfere with each other, so multiples can be used near each other without problems. I used a Cable Matters usb hub power brick to power it and it has enough residual power to latch the ground to the coil for shutdown without problems. Great item.

Worked great until I broke it!!
I have never messed with anything like this. Checked out some YouTube videos and I bought one. I wired it up pretty quick and just twisted the wires together. Well when I soldered everything up yea I wasn’t paying attention and it stopped working. My bad I’m buying another and going to do it right this time.

Remote for gas fireplace
The remote worked great. I have a gas fireplace and the remote quit working. I looked on-line for a replacement and all were over $100. When testing I found the remote only required a contact closure so I purchased the “latch” remote and wired a 9v alkaline .battery for power. Works great!!!! Red-+9v, black-negative, yellow and white connected to the fireplace controls. Update: the 9volt battery only lasted for a few days. Ended up using a 9 volt power supply that I plugged in to the outlet for the blower motor. I should be all set now.

Great for me
Im using this to open and close the shielding gas for my mig welder. It’s probably one of my better modifications to it... anyhow it’s pretty much everything you can want in my application works great with 9vdc rechargeable batterys and yes that isn’t the best thing to use but it has to be in a place that has very little room to spare... tapping the key fob thingy on my mig gun and there is no way to lose it... worth way more then what I paid for the saved gas alone. As well as not getting up and down messing around with my gas to try and save it lol
