Great South African Flavor
The original biltong tastes very like the original in South Africa. However, if you are a beef jerky lover, this probably isn't for you, as it isn't jerky. It shouldn't tastes like jerky. Stick with jerky if you want jerky, but if you want biltong, this is pretty good.

Trash
This biltong is trash. There is NOT a taste of vinegar, instead it tastes of bad beef and confusion. If you enjoy jerky (in the myriad of styles and flavors), give this a try. I think you will agree that this is trash.
