Not what I expected. The add says 1.15cm thickness and I would say you'd be pushed to say it was even 1cn thickness. The pins just go right through. (photographed is a spare I had left over) Spent ages searching through all options for the thickest ones I could find after reading other reviews. Put them strait up when they arrived, only to realise they were so thin once the pin went into my wall. Am now stuck with them (quite litrelly) in fear of pulling my paint off if I take them down. On the plus side, Amazon Customer Services have been helpful.

A little smaller than expected but they are really cute and the adhesive on the back is really strong I use them to put enamel pins on some of which are very heavy and it hasn't budged
