Do the large tips fit in the tip storage? do russian tips fit? do the ball tips fit?

No, they do not fit. When I bought this, there were no dimentions listed. The description implied that it would fit my tips. Not too happy about that. It measures 6 1/2 by 7 1/2 inches. The "cones" inside the box that you would set the tips over are so close together that you can not place a large tip in there!

Does this product include all the pieces shown in the second picture or is it just the empty case?

It is only the empty case. Pieces shown in the second picture are only for the picture. About the case, I love it.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Hello, Thank you for your message. I can confirm that this is a plastic although we can not guarantee that it is safe to go in the dishwasher. Kind regards

does the wilton storage case have the number of the tip on it?

No it does not have the tip numbers on it.
