I cant get this thing to stay going.Now I work in a wood shop and so I have access to may different sizes and types of "saw dust". All the wood we use is kiln dried, you ain't getting much drier.I have tried everything I can think to get this thing to work.I can keep it burning if it is out in the open but if I put it in a smoker it's out in 10 minutes even with the door cracked open.They reccomend 15mins of prep, I spent about an hour and just wont work. Very disappointed as I cant return it.

Trying to cold smoke cheese and it would go out alot and then finally started smoking great then it caught on fire and ruined the cheese

this would be great if I could keep it lit!no matter what I do it wont stay lit. keep the dust loose or tight does not make a difference .I hate it. my neighbor has the str8 one and it works for him..I hate it and it is very frustrating trying to make smoked salmon!!!
