So my dentist just told me that I need to wear a night guard to protect my teeth from grinding. The quotes they gave me seemed really high.Online had good alternatives. I found Arishine and ordered a dual layer guard for a hefty discount compared to my dentist office.I've used the guard now for a few weeks and I'm happy with the purchase. The impression kit was a breeze to handle - I was able to take my own impression in just minutes. Dropped it off in the mail and received my guard two weeks later and didn't have to head back out in the snow to my dentist for another visit. The dual layer guard really is comfortable, i think the inner layer is pretty cool.Arishine was very helpful in terms of support and even offered to make adjustments for free, but I haven't needed any so far. I would order form them again.

Step 1: Try on the mouthguard so that the length of guard does not pass your 2nd molar.Step 2: The rim of the guard should be no more than 1-2 mm short of the inner lip fold.Step 3: If required, carefully rim with sharp scissor.Step 4: Bring 4-6 of water to a boil in a sauce pan and then remove from heat source.Step 5: Using a spoon, submerge the guard in the pan of hot water for 30 seconds. Make sure guarddoes not touch sides of pan.  Step 6: Remove guard from water and wait 20 seconds before placing guard into mouth. Mouthguard should feel warm to the touch but not hot. Bite down firmly on the guard and  allow the tongue to press along the roof of mouth. Creating astrong suction to draw all the water and air out of the guard.Step 7: At the same time, use fingers and press firmly along the rim of the guard aginst the teeth and gums from outside the mouth. Remove guard from mouthand immediately place in cold water for 30 seconds. Repeat step 4 through 8 if the fit is not accurate. I followed these instructions and used strictly for about one andhalf month. The result is great.

I have been looking for solutions desperately, tried few other mouth guard and didn't work. And when I was almost about to get a dental treatment, I decided to give another shot with this one.The problems of other mouth guards were quite frustrating. Either I couldn't even use it either because size didn't work for me, or hot water instruction thing didn't work and it just stuck. So lame.. And decided not to trust any reviews..And now I'm writing a review LOL, just because I have to, and because this time it really worked! To make it short, I stopped grinding teeth!! I'm not chewing my own teeth any longer, and saved few hundred bucks that I was almost going to spend for dental option.It molded fine, easy, and worked as expected, without being shrunken too fast.Not sure about whitening part though since I haven't tried long enough to see the significant change. The product came early with no form of delay. The removable tray is also comfortable. It's just as expected. It's of the highest quality and it's tasteless and odorless and very comfortable. I use it at night and I sleep completely like a baby. The only technique is fitting it into your teeth. They ain't bulky or heavy to use.They are as light as a feather. Another good thing is that it doesn't leak. I'm planning on buying more for my long term usage and keeping some before it gets more expensive in the future because I know that more people will start demanding more of this product. Thank You!!!
