I carry a calendar/project binder with me everyday and this is the pen I keep in the pen holder. It takes quite a beating in my work truck. After 8 months of use it has held up great.Pros: Stays clipped and also un-clips nicely from my floppy pen holder. Clip is thin, but has held up better than I expected and hasn't bent. Black paint(?) finish has held up great with no scratches or chips. Ink writes reliably even when it sits in a cold truck over night. Feels solid, balanced and not too heavy.Cons: Ink is a little "sticky" as with most Lamy inks (similar in my experience to fisher space pens). Eraser cap seems easy to lose (see Q's and A's), so I tightened mine up by pinching it just a touch to keep it snug. You can retract all the inks/pencil, but it doesn't "click" into those positions - this seems like an issue if you were going to carry it in a shirt pocket - I keep mine turned to the pencil when I'm not using it to avoid it slipping to one of the inks and writing on me or something else.Would I buy this again? Absolutely. It's tough, reliable, and looks great.Edit: I’ve carried this pen for over 18 months now. It has a little bit of wear at the edges of the metal, but no scratches through the paint anywhere. Ink replacements are easy to find. Clip is still holding strong, and I haven’t lost the eraser cap!

This pen is almost everything I wanted. No actual problems with the pen itself. Is rotates smooth between each pen and pencil without problems. The only thing that I wanted was black ink instead of blue but that was purely personal. It writes very nice and holds in the hand very nice. Lamy is one of my favorite pen company’s and this one knocks it out of the park

Good stuff

to locate correct front door of delivery address.Product is great. Delivery driver deposited package to incorrect front door. I had to retrieve the package from a neighbor. Driver was in a hurry

Overall this is a nice pen look and feel, but The 0.5mm lead slips back with even the slightest pressure so pencil is almost unusable. Tried some different leads with same result I think they had some tolerance issues with the pencil mechanism. The lower body was also screwed on so tight I almost broke the pen unscrewing the body to try to reach the pen/pencil replacements. Recommend Zebra Sharbo or Uniball Jetstream Prime instead.
