So far I love this little phone! I didn't need the fingerprint or face features . The battery wears down with use as it should. Use it alot and you just have to charge it more. The sound and picture are great. Thanks RCA !

Horrible battery life, 10 min of use with navigation (location services on) and battery was at 38% from a full charge.Poor reception, I got 1 to 2 bars at home where my old phone (same network and sim card) had been getting 4 bars.Touchscreen response was slow and inaccurate, typing tests or in web search bars was very frustrating with MANY typos.Processor seemed to really struggle to load complex apps, many apps would simply crash and not open at all.Bottom line, while the price is tempting, you can get a much better phone (like the Moto G7) for a bit more.

This low cost smartphone is now obsolete in the US, however it's excellent for going abroad it's unlocked to any carrier and supports dual sim cards it's also compatible with networks that do not utilize the newest wireless data tech if 4 and 5G internet scares you maybe you're afraid the radiation is gonna mutate you This phone may be your friend.

light weight & very useful

Got this phone because my iPhone 6S just won't keep a charge after having it for over three years. I was an Android girl before and loved it, but wanted to try an Apple phone. Well, I switched back to Android and I'm happy. I can use a MicroSD card to store excess programs, etc which I couldn't do on my Apple. The really only two things that I have a bit of an issue with is the phone does get hot but I can work/live with that. And the other thing is I do love the case it came with but would like to be able to have some other case choices to suit my personality. But the bottom line is, it's much more affordable than an iPhone 12...

Came today. Took a week 😢 battery seems like it will not charge. I need a phone now not in 2 weeks so now I must buy a damn battery. Leave it to me to get the one out of 50 with a bad battery... the screen protector had a sticker stuck to it .in the process of removing the little white sticker it ruined the screen protector.Will review more later.... So far it's not good!!! Update.....it's not an unlocked phone,I'm on my 3rd sim card and it seems to be locked to TMobile..this new way of screwing people over in the u.s really stinks.im going to stop online shopping because of getting the shaft .it kills me how rca Bragg's up being an American company but it's all Chinese junk they sell.. Amazon was doing great but now I pay for 2 day shipping and it takes a week or better to get to michigan.i feel like it's turning into the wish app.Another thing they boast the battery on this phone.its worse than my 3 year old $30 phones battery.discharges quickly.i went from 100% to 80% in 30 minutes of use. Almost a month now still no phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEXT TIME YOU SELL AN UNLOCKED PHONE MAKE SURE ITS NOT LOCKED NOW I MORE THAN LIKELY WONT BUY ANY MORE ELECTRONICS FROM AMAZON ANYMORE.RCA IF YOU CARE SEND ME AN UNLOCK CODE ....IF YOU CARE!!!!!!!!!!!

Reed phone but it is a gift for my son. He absolutely loved it. Others loved it too. They loved it so much that they stole. It will probably buy another. Thanks.

Calls and text work well - everything else is slow. Phone gets very hot during lengthy use and charging. Battery life is poor. It’s what one would expect from a cheap phone.
