What is the customization policy they mention ?

While the way the Snuggle-Pedic is made works extremely well for the majority of our customers, if you are unsatisfied for any reason during the first 90-days you own the pillow, we can customize the pillow to fit your exact needs. This means that we can change the consistency, weight, firmness/comfort, thickness, support and even the springiness/buoyancy . We happily do this at no cost to you whatsoever, which means that we even pay the shipping for the exchange.

Where is this product manufactured?

Not only is our Snuggle-Pedic products built in the U.S.A. right in our local Southern California manufacturing facility, but all the components used are also all U.S.A. made. This allows us to produce a higher quality product and give such long warranties, since we know they will stand the test of time.

any specific information on the vocs? I work in chemicals and thus don't want to breath anything more harmful when I'm sleeping 8 hrs a night.

We don't blame you! You can feel good knowing that we only use Certipur-US Certified and Biogreen foam that has been laboratory tested and shown to be very low in V.O.C.s. Certipur-US has a criteria that the product has to be less than .50 mg/m3 (parts per million) and the Biogreen foam was tested to only .039 mg/m3 of total V.O.C.s. using the Greenguard criteria, so any initial odor that is coming off of the pillow has been shown to be non-toxic. With that said, you can do a full wash to help further eliminate any left over V.O.C.'s.
