We bought it from a local bed retailer. We purchased the mattress and the winter. it was very soft and had a latex topper which I found out later trapped heat very bad. Latex is the worst for trapping body heat. I learned this once summer hit and it was too late to return the mattress. Are the years the mattress that just gotten softer and softer and really was affecting my lower back. We owned a TempurPedic mattress prior to to our current mattress and it was a memory foam mattress. I didn't want to spend that kind of money again for a memory foam mattress so I found this on Amazon and bought it. The description says plush, but that is subjective. Memory foam technology has come a long ways over the last 10 years. This mattress immediately made my back feel better then it has over the last 10 years. I've been sleeping on this mattress for 5 days now and it's wonderful. My wife on the other hand has adjusted to it more slowly. Her body is very used to the super soft mattress we had and this one is firmer. She complained the first couple of days but we read that it can take 30 days to adjust to a memory foam mattress. For me the adjustment and improve it was immediate and I couldn't be happier with this mattress. So getting back to the word plush and it being subjective. So when you first lay on the bed it is firm. But then it starts to kind of conform to the different pressure points of your body. Not saying that your body sinks into the mattress but it does conform to your body. I've gotten the best sleep that I've gotten in years and I track my sleep on my Garmin fitness watch. I feel much better when I get up in terms of rest, my back feels wonderful and I could see the increased time of REM sleep on my fitness tracker. So if you're looking for a mattress I won't break the bank I highly recommend this one. It is absolutely awesome for staying cool as well. It does not trap retain body heat. So if you tend to like a mattress that is firm, and you will love this mattress. If you prefer to sleep mattress that feels like cotton balls and this one may not be to your liking. But my wife is warmed up to it so I think if you just give it time your body will adjust to it being a firmer style mattress. Buying a mattress that do you like can be a real chore and this is my first mattress that I bought online without testing it first. I took a chance and my gamble paid off because I am thoroughly happy now. also another bonus of this mattress is that when I get out of bed to go to the bathroom in the middle of night, which happens a couple times a night. I do not wake my wife up getting back in the bed. Her side of the bed does not move when I get in the bed like the last mattress. So she's getting better sleep to.

I hope this is helpful to someone. None of the things I mention should be taken as complaints, this is just a narrative of how I did things and what I observed.If you're on the fence about what mattress to buy, I recommend this one.The mattress arrived one day early, thumbs up. One thing about the delivery of the box which was rather large obviously, I wish delivery drivers would not leave packages in plain sight. If there's an option to put the delivery in a location that is not directly visible from the street or parking lot or sidewalk, it might help cut down on the porch pirates. Amazon, are you listening?The box was in pretty decent shape however, the tape on the bottom of the box was not sealed but the flaps were closed.Once out of the box, which was very simple to open, I rolled it out, removed the plastic and let it do its thing. First thing I noticed, it unrolled upside down, no big deal. I proceeded to rotate and flip the mattress, which proved to be a little more difficult than I thought. I forgot to mention that I was doing this by myself, on the bed and the mattress was quite floppy at this point. In hindsight, it would have been a lot easier to unroll it backwards then unfold it.Once flipped and rotated and in place it had already started expanding and fit snuggly in place. thumbs up.total time 5 minutes.I slept on mattress only 4 hours after opening, there was a slight smell to the mattress for a while. I either got used to it or it dissipated. I woke up in the morning with no back pain, which is unusual for me. I think I also slept all the way through the night, which is also unusual but I don't remember waking up except for when my alarm went off. thumbs up.Overall, I am very happy with the mattress, for the price it's at, it is well worth it. I live with chronic back and neck pain from arthritis, I'm hoping this will provide a longer-lasting pain relief solution than other things I've tried. I spent several months researching mattresses and after weighing all the options, reading customer reviews, this is the one I settled on.I will try to update this review if I discover anything about the mattress

This mattress purchase was one of my best thus far! It is super comfortable, something I've had a hard time finding over the last 10 year's with other mattresses. Part of my discomfort was how hot I would get..this mattress makes it possible for me to use a blanket ( a weighted one at that!) and not kick it off after an hour of sleeping! I highly recommend this mattress..the price was very good!

I ordered this mattress in full size and 10 inch. It came in a big box but wasn't too heavy to move by myself. This mattress is a medium-firm plush mattress. When you lay on it your body sink in a little but not all the way in. The only con is that it doesn’t hold you up when you sit on the side of the bed.Update: After two months, my back is starting to hurt. I feel like it’s not holding me up. I have to switch sides to make myself feel comfortable.Update: After 5 months, my bed is starting to break in. It's starting to feel more comfortable compared to when I first got it.Update: After one year, my bed is starting to sink in on the side I sleep on the most. I feel like the mattress isn’t supporting my back the way I want it to.Overall, this mattress is okay. I was looking for a mattress that will relieve my pressure points and this mattress didn’t. It is too soft and my back constantly aches at night.
