You need this for tall resawing
This featherboard extension makes it easier, safer and more precise while resawing boards over 10" tall. I should have purchased one long ago!

This works well, I'm still just struggling with the price.

This is the best when you need the height for resaw work
If you are doing tall resaw work, and you already have a tall fence, this works great with the bow featherboard and anchor bar setup.It is a pretty expensive featherboard kit, but there are no other options that have this kind of capability.I use this with my Laguna 18 BX, and it works great, I've done about 15.5" tall resaw using this, and it worked very well.

This made a great tool even better
I do a fair amount of re-sawing (cutting thick pieces into thinner) on my bandsaw, and the basic tool works great in keeping the wood flat against the fence. This extension keeps even pressure on wider boards.
