This is my first effort with tubeless tires and the installation of this tape was a breeze. MuckOff recommends tape that is identical to the internal rimdimension (when possible), butI got tape that was slightly wider than the internal dimensions of my rim and it worked perfectly and it covers a higher portion of the interior wall.Will use again.

This is the first tubeless rim tape I used so I have nothing to compare it to. Nevertheless it speaks to how easy it is to apply this tape. I replaced stock rim tape that came with new Hunt wheels and was leaking air.I applied single layer with ~10-12 inch overlap. Application process was smooth and almost effortless. Adhesion is great and the wheel now holding air very well.

I got these because my Stan’s rim tape wasn’t sticking to my carbon wheels. I ordered this and huge performance difference. Great quality, thicker, sticker, and I really love the color and pattern. Added bonus is that it’s clear so you can read any serial numbers that’s on the wheel itself when rim tape applied.

This actually is my second attempt to review this item because I was so mad the first time that I wrote things that probably shouldn't pass Amazon protocol.Muc Off makes the absolute worst garbage rim tape, and likely other products, on the market. First, replacing a not much used rim tape (Muc Off rim tape) became necessary because it became brittle very fast and would no longer seal. The quality of plastic is horrible.Then the fun part. The residue is the worst I've ever dealt with. BTW, I had some no name tape on the other wheel and it was cake. 1/100th of the residue as the muc off crap and what was there came off with rubbing alcohol. It (the no name brand) likely is original (8 years old) so figured it was time even though it probably didn't need it.Back to the muc off wheel - I tried rubbing alcohol and then brake cleaner fluid. Nothing. Just smeared around. Then I tried Goo Gone because I happened to have some. It worked but you'll need to apply generously, let sit for at least 10 minutes, then wipe the crap off with a cloth towel that has roughness. You'll need to do it twice if you were unlucky enough to have this Muc Off brand tape. Then, you'll need to wash with soap and water so there are no oily Goo Gone residues left.Sound like a lot? It is. Best scenario, if possible, is just don't use garbage like Muc Off crap rim tape in the first place.I just have so much disrespect for companies like Muc Off that put the cheapest Chinese made junk they can find out there, with their brand name on it, without ever even testing it. They don't care about you and your time. They care about money and nothing else. Now you know all about the Muc Off brand that you ever need to know.

For what they charge, it's just not good enough. Half the time it works, the other half it doesn't. I've found Gorilla tape the more reliable option (and it's cheaper)

This tape doesn’t hold air at all. I used their kit to get my tubeless setup together and had to buy this because the tape that came with their kit failed (same tape as this). After purchasing this it also wouldn’t hold air and now I’m out a good bit of money for a product that just won’t work. Use a different brand, save yourself the frustration.

Great quality tape.Hold up is impeccable. Installed on two bikes that see a lot of use and abuse. Muc-off for tape, lubes, tools, and love their riding gloves!

Muy buen producto , escogí 2mm mas grande que el interior de la llanta y el resultado fue muy bueno ya que la llanta al tener hueco central si escoges el ancho igual se queda algo corta, con estos 2 mm de más genial. Pega muy bien y se ve resistente.
