Very much like this Kashmiri chilli - good size container too. Nothing harsh about it and blends well with other ingredients. Warming rather than hot - would buy this brand again but sadly still out of stock. Highly recommend!

I only learned about this type of pepper recently when I was studying recipes for foods from India and Thailand.
