I've tried more than one of these this seems to be the best fits very snug keeps your knee from slapping around inside very comfortable you don't even know you're wearing it hope this helps somebody 100% it's very snug great item for my knee I'm sure if you bought a small size you could probably use it say on an elbow like I said it's very comfortable hope this helps something thanks

I’ve been wearing one of these knee sleeves on my knee for about two years. I like the size being ‘small- medium ’. My knee feels safe and secure and comfortable too. I walk around 7000 steps a day. This knee sleeve stays where it should be. After two or three months, the sleeve will start slipping. at about 5000 steps. That’s when I replace it. These Coppers are the best!

Fit is rather loose
I ordered women medium. I think it should be more compressive. I will check to see if they have a small, because it's not thigh enough.

Horrible product, absolutely no compression
Not good compression and poorly made. I have worn it three times and the lettering is falling off. My knee is 13” and according to the chart of medium should fit just fine. It does not feel tight. Honestly, don’t waste your money.

Metabolic Balancing Patch - waste of money
I have used this article before and find it helps a lot. If my knee gets sore while playing Pickleball I put it on. I ordered the Metabolic Balancing Patches for my wife. I thought they were $17.00 but turned out they were $54.00. My wife followed the directions on the package but found out they didn’t do a thing. A complete waste of money.
