I absolutely love this product I'm glad I did my research and did not purchase the more expensive name brand product. This swing does not come with straps which is how I wanted it. That way I could buy longer straps. The color was the same as pictured. Came with everything described; and in the time mentioned on shipping.

I bought this as a cheaper alternative to the Yoga Trapezes' you see on Facebook and Instagram. I really wanted one but did not want to spend the crazy amount of money on one if I turned out to not like. I bought some suspension hooks from Ikea and had them installed into my ceiling in a spot that gave me plenty of space to move around. This has been great to stretch out my entire body, hanging upside has been great to decompress my spine and I have less pain afterwards. I did not buy this for any sort of problem I had with my back but I wanted to use it on a daily basis in order to increase movement and flexibility. I don't know what the other Yoga Trapezes' have to offer that this one does not, it works just like any others would at a fraction of the cost!

Bought this for the basement playground and my kids LOVE it. The bonus is that I get to use it too and exercise/stretch.It’s holding up nicely so far. I wish it came with the extension straps...add another $15-$20 bucks for the straps.

I use my yoga swing to strengthen my core and stretching. It takes practice and patience but the results are well worth it! My body feels better and better every time I use it. My kids love it as well. It is fairly easy to install just make sure when you order the brackets that you are getting 2. When I ordered mine I assumed it came in a pack of 2 and I had to wait impatiently for another one! Also paracord works well, I tie knots at several levels so I can lower and raise the swing as needed.

Anyone can do this!!! It's great exercise and really does help lengthen your body and work your core. I have purchased three of them already. ( Much easier than the Arial "Silks". They don't have the arm and leg straps.)Highly recommend these , you can take them anywhere, Hang them anywhere, Even in a tree. Great fun, Great Exercise, and lots of really nice poses. Very strong material. Easy to hook up. Comes with a carry bag, and daisy chains . You do not need a high ceiling or much space, There are many options on how to hang them. I have hung them in doorways , trees, etc.

I have used this only a couple of times so far, but I know once I get a regular space to hang it, I will love it. I did get to use it enough to know that my back will really be helped by this. I am average to larger size woman and I felt totally secure in this. I know its rated for more weight than 2-3 of me, but I liked knowing that.

This is a nice product. I was concerned about quality because of the price, but I just love it. I have back problems, so this is nice to do some stretching without putting pressure on my lower back. I did not have a bar and didn't really want to put 2 holes in my ceiling so I just hooked the whole thing to the single eye bolt in my ceiling that I use for my sex swing and it works just fine!

Does NOT include hanging straps... I wish I had known this before making the order bc there are plenty of other option in the same price range that do include the hanging straps.
