Crystal clear, cuts easily on a band saw
These cut the same as wood on a band saw with 14 tpi blade with no cracking or other issues that sometimes pop up with plexiglass. The sheet is clear as glass and without looking at the edges you wouldn't know it wasn't glass. The shatterproof clear panel is great to finish off electronic projects or even when replacing picture frame glass which had an accident. Will buy again, possibly in a thinner option but this is good stuff. The inch grid markings on the front help a great deal for sanity check when laying something out prior to cutting.

Nice Olay Lay Sheet
Works well for my overlay on my dnd binder with maps or anything else I want to put behind it to write over. Alcohol wipes takes permanent ink right off again to write something new over it.

Exactly what I needed
This lexan (polycarbonate) is exactly what I needed for my golf launch monitor. The size is spot on at 1/8’ thick and 12x12” in size. This is what you need for any impact. The lexan is impact resistant. Acrylic will shatter, so know the 2 qualities before you but to make sure of what you need. The thicknell is good on this and it’s easy to cut. It’s super clear and functions good so far for protecting my monitor. It has the clarity needed to allow it to work properly.

Great investment if you get it done yourself
I used this 1/8 inch polycarbonate as a lens for my fog lights on my 2011 Mitsubishi ralliart. Let me explain. I called the dealer asking how much it would be to replace a lens since one of my fog light lenses had been cracked and exposed ever since I had bought the vehicle. They said they don’t sell the lenses but they do sell the whole fog light assembly. I asked how much. My mistake. $379.00 before tax for one fog light assembly. I just needed a lens. So I looked online for lenses and all the aftermarket lenses I could find were glass which I’m not a huge fan of in terms of the front of the vehicle. Doesn’t make sense to me. So I took matters into my own hands. I bought this $10 sheet of polycarbonate and I got to work with the dremel. I have attached a photo of the reworked lenses with the polycarbonate attached via heat resistant sillicone glue. Needless to say they work incredible. Shine light through well, the flexibility is awesome for my needs, and so far they look cleaner than the previous lenses because once again, they were glass. Great great investment if you are a serious DIYer and you are not afraid to take matters into your own hands.

Good Quality
Well protected, size as described. No scratches or damage. For my purpose was easy to bend with heat gun.

Good Product
The 1st one I bought was .25 or 1/4". The reason why I got .118 or approx 1/8". It takes less effort to bend it at a 90 degree angle with heat than 1/4". The 1/4" will bend, however you will need a good heat gun with a lot of patience. It's not going to bend like paper. I have to work in steps - heat & bend, heat & bend. Another thing about this product, it is great for drilling holes in it, non of that chipping, that clear plastic does.
