Great product and finely grind and well packaged. Does not have any external smells or taste. I recommend it.

I really like having this around for any recipes that use cashews. They are a much less expensive version of PB2 cashew powder. PB2 cashew powder has 60 cals for 2 Tabkespoons and this stuff has 80 Cals for 2 Tablespoons. Really worth the few extra calories when you compare the prices of both!!! Will be a kitchen staple for me for sure!!!

I substituted cashew flour for almond flour in a Chaffle recipe. It was a bit more absorbent but worked fine. The chaffle tasted like old fashioned whole grain bread. I'm ordering this again, probably every month. There are a lot of low carb and keto recipes I want to try with this flour instead of the one the recipe calls for. 😋🇱🇷🙏 🐕🐺

Made kaju katli with this powder. Be warned, this flour is not the super fine type that is needed for making kaju katlis. You may need to grind this in your food appliance to make it finer. Do NOT over grind it or it'll become a paste. I bought this because it was super cheap.

Good stuff. I use it mostly as a thickener - if I add too much water to my instant oatmeal, I just add a spoonful or 2 of this and it thickens it right back up! And tastes good too. Or just eat it by the spoonful with a dash of salt. mmmm Cashews.

I usually don’t write reviews. I thought I should write for this one to help other people out. When this package came, it was delivered to my neighbor’s house. My neighbor was kind enough to bring it to me. The following week when I opened the package, it has some foul smell. I thought may be that’s how It should be. I continue with my recipe. But the end product was not as expected. Moreover, it was a little darker in color than expected with bitter taste. Either this product has gone bad or not of good quality. Note that I have tried that recipe with different flour and it worked like a charm more than once. So it is not the recipe, instead I am certain something is wrong with the product. I would not buy this product again.
