Great bio sponge
It's a sponge, it dose what bio sponge does best Great for letting water flow through and to filter out at the same time.I would say that this sponge is the spongeiest sponges that I have ever used. It can sponge flat or sponge standing up even sponge sideways. You can really show this sponge off in any direction. Sometimes I like to just throw my sponge in the middle of my sump just to collect all the good bio from the water. I wouldn't know what I'll do without my big sponge

Pond use
I used this to cut a replacement filter for my pond pump filter boxes for which I could not find any replacements (it is really, really old). It seems to work well, at least as good as the original filters.

Perfect filter sponges
Great sponge for my turtle tank filters. They are easy to cut to fit for biological filtration. Will definitely buy again.
