VAT not included so expect sufficient extra charges
Great coffee,nothing wrong with the product.Note the seller is based in Italy and VAT isn't included, therefore I gained a bill for VAT and courier charges on top of my Amazon order, a total of about 60% extra i had to pay based on buying 2 different products.

Inconsistent results
The results are very inconsistent. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it has a burnt flavour.The capsules in the latest box I opened seem to be half empty and there is clear water coming out before the coffee.Very disappointed
