It’s definitely keep the room fresh and helps to relax after a long day. Even work on my newborn twins when they in our bed. A must have for my room.

As a life long insomniac, now 73. I have tried everything. I came across this product and a night does not go by I don't use it. I experimented with a sprayed hand towel on my head board to see if I liked it and if it would help. WOW, asleep in no time. Little by little I have progressed to spraying a few pumps in the air above my sheets and pillows. Note: I have also changed my sheets to 1200 thread count and pillows to alternative down. Not an expensive upgrade. Again WOW, like being swaddled like a baby and a full night sleep without the tossing and turning. Get some, you'll be glad you did.

I bring a bottle whenever I travel so that I get a relaxing sleep. Smell is subtle unless you spray too much. If there are curtains in the room, I spray those as well. Just gives the room a calming scent like a spa.

The scent is too strong for me. I can’t fall asleep, lol! It also has a lingering third scent that I can’t tell what it is. I know use it as a deodorizer in the bathroom but I won’t be buying it again.
