I like the product and felt that it was working but it didn't like me. This is not to bash the product whatsoever because I read so many reviews and felt safe in trying it. However, just a warning from my experience. I had severe allergic reaction and as far as I can tell from the reviews, I'm the only one but doesn't mean it can't happen to someone else. My first experience was that I developed a rash around my mouth and my lips swelled up. Second experience was that both my hands swelled up, were hot to the touch and itched like crazy. I also developed a rash on my wrist. Third, bottoms of my feet itched badly and hurt. Fourth, the other side of my lips swelled, I got a rash on both wrists, and my thumb swelled and I had to take my rings off. Lastly, two nights ago, I woke up to a sore throat. I just thought that maybe I was getting sick. I woke up again but not my throat and my tongue were swelling. I ended up in the emergency room in anaphalaxis. After the benadryl and steriods didn't make the swelling go down, I got stuck in the stomach with and EPIPEN. All of this within the same week I started using this product. I think I'm allergic to the African Mango. Again, I felt like the product was working as it is supposed to as far as suppressing my appetite however, my body could not digest it. I'm putting this out there so if anyone else experiences similiar reactions, stop taking it. I could have developed seizures, gone into a coma or possibly died had I not been wise enough to know something was not right and hadn't gone to the emergency.

Could have starved and lost more. The taste wasnt too bad, just the product was extremly uneffective, didnt work for me or husband.

Did not work at all. I did not even finish the first bottle and the second bottle still remained unopened. Please do not waste your money and do not be fooled with false reviews. Diet and exercise still the key to lose weight.

I've used it before and it definitely helped with weight loss...that was coupled with a stringent diet. It would be disingenuous to claim that this product is solely responsible for my weight loss- but I think it contributed some.
