Things you should know before using, it does state that you need to have a full stomach before using these and I can absolutely attest by accident I have had these before eating and it will make you a little nauseous because of how potent it is. They have a pretty salty dry taste to them so you’re gonna wanna put them in some lemon water or a flavored drink, but I did see a noticeable difference in my mood and hormones. I can usually tell when I’m having a vitamin deficiency by bruising or ridges in my nails. This made both go away almost completely when using consistently.

After experimenting with various incarnations of Zinc supplements, I can honestly say that this liquid formula is far more nutritionally superior to all other tablet/pill or even liquid forms of this important element. Its price vs strength and bottle size is a real winner for me. A word of caution for those who are easily offended by unpleasant tastes: I now don't experience that nauseous feeling in my stomach after taking Zinc in a pill form, though I should add that this liquid Zinc has also very distinctly unpleasant (and I wouldn't be afraid to say "disgusting") both, the taste and aftertaste, though I believe it's the direct result of the way it's been made. Given a choice between the two forms, when the pill causes me to feel REALLY nauseous in my stomach and the liquid form that just "tastes awful", I'll choose the liquid form, when you can instantly kill its aftertaste with a bite on a lemon or similar pungent foods, and though I try to mask its taste with other various items I add to my morning water routine (ACV, lime, etc.), its strong flavor still comes through and you'll definitely taste it, no matter what -- just to a lesser degree.... Read somewhere that other reviewers gave up on it due to its bad taste, but to me its usefulness is more important than trying to please my upper palette... :) This formula has useful additional ingredients and in proper combination/ratio needed to assimilate, when taking Zinc (i.e. Zinc-to-Copper ratio) and being in a liquid form it's easily absorbed. Also, men will definitely notice its action, as well as its wound healing speed. Overall I'm very happy with this formula, particularly given its importance during these tumultuous times, and despite its really bad taste I still give it 5 stars.

I’ve been using zinc products for several years. 50 mgs is a lot on an empty stomach. I use half a dropper (about 25 mgs) and put in a drink I ate to the gym. I’ll buy this product again

I take this supplement on a daily basis. It has prevented me thus far from succumbing to common flus & colds. When everyone else is constantly sick all winter at work, I am immune. Forget the flu vaccine, this is the way to go, especially this time of year. I originally bought as a remedy for acne. I swear by this product and will take it for life. Tips for those first trying: sip slowly throughout the day, dilute well, and don't take on an empty stomach. If you drink too much on an empty stomach you will projectile vomit. You can fine tune your ratio and figure out how much you can tolerate, just start slowly. Some people don't like the metallic taste but you will get used to it. I can't even taste it now. I add it to my water bottle and drink throughout the day. My daily dose is 0.5 ml to 1L of water. I highly recommend for those who are prone to sickness. I used to get head colds, sinus infections, and the flu every year. Not any more! A small price to pay to not be sick!

It works! I have the 2oz bottle. You get about 0.6ml with a dropper squeeze, which is about 1/3rd the entire dropper. 1ml is about half the dropper. I took 0.6ml, dropped it under my tongue, and left it in my mouth for a few minutes while I did other stuff. I felt an energy boost within about a minute! It slightly burns initially but quickly reduces to a minor tingle that sticks around as long as it remains in your mouth and a little afterwards. It's not winning any awards for taste, but it works efficiently and is affordable!

Wow! That was an unpleasant taste. Do not take this straight. I’m scared to try this again it made me gag for a few minutes while the taste lingered on my tongue. Unfortunately I gave it to my kids before I tried it and I thought they were lying about how awful it is. You know kids think everything tastes gross. The tears and sudden shriek should have been a good warning. I felt so bad for them and they unanimously made a rule that parents have to taste any new mineral and or vitamins before they will try. I’m sure it does what it says it can but I’m scared to try. It’ll have to be in a juice to hide the flavor and only a few drops at a time.

Great Product

Very strong mineral taste to it, which actually burned my throat! I bought this to help with healing from a digestive disease surgery. Imagine my surprise when I felt it burn all the way down into my intestines! I cannot take this product it came up as fast as it went down. Both painfully! I buy liquid formula’s in all of the vitamins. But never had I ever experienced or anticipated that would happen. If your a healthy person with a strong stomach that’s full of food then this might be fine for you. Just not sure it would be necessary?!? Unfortunately it was a waist of money for me!
