These are a huge step! These are comfortable and fits the sole perfectly. It has awesome arch support so your back doesn't hurt on long walks or work. They function well while walking

Look I am a mailman who walks 90+ miles a week. I suffer with heel spurs so at the end of my days my feet would burn and itch from the nerve pain. I tried everything from shots to custom fit orthotics from the podiatrist at 400 dollars a pop. Which did help but in this economy who can afford that? So I was desperate and went to my local superstore and stepped on there dr. Scholls machine and my result was these as this point I was desperate so I spent the 65.00 at the store and it changed my life forever I recommend to every new mail carrier I train if you can find a machine still try it because for 45 dollars on amazon it is life changing. Great product

I'd like to start off my saying I've often used a many Dr scolls foot related products for well over 25+ yrs and have been mostly satisfied. But I would still have some degrees of varying pain. I have to say with these I have had NO PAIN, PERIOD. Being a plus-sized lady and having a job were I stay predominantly on my feet, these are the 1st inserts made by scolls that I can go a little to no pain. At first, I'm not gonna lie the price scared me away from it for a while. But thankfully with my HSA card it gave me the freedom to give them a try! I will give Amazon credit this is probably the cheapest I've found them (at least at the time of me writing). They are pretty straightforward to use; simply pop them into any shoes (I guess within most casual types of shoes) you want. It still amazes me just how dramatic of difference my feet have been until I started using these. I can literally go 8+ hrs straight and my feet feel hella good :) Arch support is superior, my heels have stopped hurting and my overall foot fatigue has decreased. My only caveat I would say that I have is that I wish there was also a full feet size option (or at least one that extends down to the toe bed more). Besides that, I can't say I wouldn't even think twice about buying these again; definitely been worth the money!

I have collapsed arches and a bit of arthritis in one ankle, and these supports are lifesavers. They fit nicely into Brooks Ghost (neutral) running shoes for daily wear. The arch support is very comfortable and they keep my feet from aching and my ankle from swelling. They're a bit pricey and eventually need to be replaced if for no other reason than getting a bit smelly after a while. The biggest issue I have with them is that they do not have the 430 style in a full-length version, only in the 3/4 length version. To fit these into my shoes properly, I have to remove the liner that comes with the shoe, and then I have nothing in the shoe beyond the where the orthotic ends. I do not understand why there isn't at least a thin cushioned extension to fit the entire shoe beyond where the orthotic portion ends. I've tried adding a regular Dr. Scholl's shoe liner, but then the orthotic slides slightly when I walk and it squeaks at every step.

I got these for my dad who had been experiencing bad back pain when on his feet for too long. He says these really actually work and help him be able to walk around more without back pain!!

If you haven’t used the testing machine at some CVS and other retail locations, find it and do it before purchasing. These are less than half the price of brands that start with Good and end with Feet, and much more comfortable. They’re 3/4 length and a bit wide, which is fine if you have removable insoles and wider shoes.

As a delivery driver who does 17k-20k steps per day, and also has plantar fasciitis, I highly recommend these! I used the Dr Scholls machine at a CVS store about 6 years ago, which resulted in a recommendation for the 430 size. I buy them about every 6-8 months, given the amount of steps I put on them in that time frame.

I purchased this product after using the Dr. Scholl's devise at my local drug store. I was skeptical at first, but after putting the orthotics in my shoes I felt an immediate difference. I will no longer be without them. I would suggest taking a pair with you when buying/tying on new shoes to ensure a proper fit.
