This is one of the very best books I ever read on the Entered Apprentice degree. In fact, I would recommend it above all other books, to anyone who wants an understanding the inner meaning of the first degree. I myself am preparing for my first degree now, although I have studied the esoteric science for many years. This book has given me a clear vision of the spiritual side of my upcoming degree. I can’t wait to read the Fellow Craft vol. 2, which will hopefully come out before my second degree. To the writer Robert Ludd, I say thank you! And also, I would love to hear more about Kabbalah in the upcoming books and how it relates to each degree. As I am sure you know, there is no freemasonry without kabbalah. Again, thank you for the great work!

The Author did and amazing job in simplifying and correlating the veils and allegories without truly revealing any of Ritualistic work. This is an amazing book for a new masons and the those that have a large appetite to learn. Great Job!!!

Great book, short read, concepts explained well. I would recommend for a beginners understanding.

Easy reading but profound lessons. You will understand every single symbol of the Masonic first three degrees, providing a great bibliography to move forward.
