🍰 Sweeten Your Life, Not Your Calories!
Sukrin:1 is an all-natural sugar substitute that offers the sweetness, flavor, and texture of regular sugar without the calories. Made from erythritol and a touch of stevia, it's perfect for those on low-carb or keto diets, with zero impact on blood sugar levels. This versatile sweetener measures 1:1 like sugar and retains its delicious flavor even at high temperatures, making it ideal for cooking and baking.

Fine Product — too expensive for regular use
Excellent product TINY package for the price. Such a shame. I'm still giving 5 stars because if you have the money, this is a sweetener you will enjoy. The grain size is comparable to regular white sugar rather than Baking sugar.I ordered more or less all at the same time, Sukrin:1, Sukrin Gold, and Sukrin Melts, along with LC's 6 different sweetener based on eyrthritol, stevia, monk fruit, and inulin in various combinations. I hate anything that has a pronounce stevia taste, and the LC brand have that. I'm still waiting for my Swerve to be delivered.Sukrin:1 is even better than the blend I have been making at home using straight erythritol and rounding out the sweetness profile with pure monk fruit powder. For some reason, the cooling sensation in the product is reduced. I am only using this in baking. The batter tasted good, and so did the cake. It's a shame that one bag is so small, and the shipping jacks the price up even higher. I'd save this for special occasions unless you have a "privileged" non-budget budget to buy any kind of food your heart desires without regard to cost.

A good product
My husband likes using this in his coffee as an alternative to the chemically-made artificial sweeteners. I do think that it is prohibitively expensive for every day use, however. I hope they are able to come down in price in time. Then we might be more likely to use it for more things.

Great substitute but overpriced...
A great discovery item on Amazon, but since purchasing I found that my local Fred Meyer (a division of Kroger) carries two other brands of Natural Sugar, and Confectioners Sugar for less than half the price. I taste tested between all three brands and couldn't find a difference, so will buy the cheaper local available brands. However, I didn't find that Fred Meyer (Kroger) carries a brown sugar version, so will continue to purchase the Sukrin Brown Sugar Alternative on Amazon.

Best tasting Erythritol + Stevia mix but very very expensive. Recipe for sugar subs - 3 parts xylitol + 1 part sukrin
This is the best tasting erythritol + stevia mix in the market but it's extremely pricey. Just for the sake of comparison, I bought a 5lb bag of xylitol from Amazon for 25 something dollars and as compared to Sukrin, the same quantity will cost around 75$. I therefore only use t sparingly. I mix 3 parts xylitol and 1 part sukrin to make my closest match to table sugar. No one can tell the difference! No aftertaste either.Table sugar = 3 parts xylitol + 1 part sukrin. Your welcome!

Best sugar substitute I've found
I use Sukrin products regularly in all of my baking and cooking, especially to make tasty sugar-free baked goods, and have used it for several years. I do not mix it with any other sweeteners or regular sugar. The taste of the regular Sukrin and Sukrin gold are so similar to sugar, if I do not tell people that my cookies or muffins are sugar-free, they would not be able to tell. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to cut down on their sugar intake without sacrificing on baked goods.

I’m impressed...
I have eaten low carb and keto at different times in my life. I loved to bake, but when it came to baking low carb treats (using erythritol), aftertaste was an issue. I had heard about Sukrin and decided to try it out. Made some brownies yesterday with it, and they taste like regular brownies. They do not taste low carb or like there is anything in them but sugar. This would have been a perfect 5 for me, but the packages are small for the price.

Good sugar alternative but has an aftertaste
This is a good option for a sugar replacement, but it does have an aftertaste. I could not get over the aftertaste so I switched to a monkfruit sweetener.

Best Low Carb Sugar Substitute
Hands down, this is the VERY BEST low carb sugar substitute out there. And I've tried them all. Sukrin brand crystals, brown sugar, and powdered sugar is outstanding in flavour and blends perfectly in all recipes. Zero aftertaste. I just wish they sold these in larger packages. We go through a lot of it!
