It's not easy to use,I had to download instructions for the item

Shift Sensor
I decided to purchase one of these shift sensors after fitting my mid drive motor, recommended to help with wear on the drive chain, simple to fit, I watched various videos about fitting these, most fitted them where the outer gear casing meets the cable guide but in my case that did not work as the guide is to far down the seat stay meaning not enough room to fit it and be able to get a smooth bend in the outer casing , so I opted for the other side of the guide and it works just as well, few cable ties, plug it in and that's it, when changing gear it cuts the power and helps for a smooth shift, ridden quite a few miles now with no problems.

A must to save chain
If you don't fit one of these, your chain will chatter and clatter when change gear, putting strain on the chain and cogs. Stops motor when changing gear with no clatter at all.

Arrived promptly and easy to fit.
This item arrived promptly and before delivery date. I then fitted it after watch a Youtube video which enabled easy fitting which took me about 20mins. The dislike was it didnt come with instructions so thats why it got 4 stars. Works as it should.

Difficult to feed cable through.
It would be nice if the product came in two halves that could be placed around a cable and zip tied shut.
